Learning to bake varieties of cheesecakes at home
These are great recipes appropriate for all occasions. Unlike the usual cheesecakes with biscuit base, these cheesecakes combines a rich, heavy and moist chocolate cake with creamy cheese. Recipes to die for! The cakes are moist and delicious and despite the fact that both cheese and chocolate are really rich ingredients, the cakes are made with just the right sweetness, it is appetising and even refreshing when consumed. Three flavours namely Black Forest, Mars and Raspberry White Chocolate will be demonstrated in class.

Black Forest- a bi layer of cheese filling and chocolate cheese filling filled with Griottes (Kirsch soaked cherries). The cake is covered with chocolate rasp and topped with more Griottes. A great cake for Christmas.

with Fresh Raspberries.
Mars Cheesecake - Cheesecake with Mars Chocolate Swirls. Cake tastes like salted caramel cheesecake

In this demonstration class, boxes will be provided for participants to take home 3 pieces of cheesecake demonstrated.
